How long is the photography coverage?
Coverage begins at the church or the civil ceremony venue, with photography capturing your guests arriving, the groom looking nervous and the arrival of the bride! Photographs during the wedding ceremony, family pictures outside, reportage & natural shots during the reception drinks continue up until you sit down to eat. I can also photograph your speeches at no extra cost.
If you would like photographs of the bride getting ready before the ceremony and/or photographs taken at your evening reception, this can be arranged for an additional charge (£150 and £250 respectively) .
Do you come to the venue before the wedding day?
I always like to go and visit the venue before the big day so I can discuss the photography in context and understand how the day will flow. It is also very important to consider where we would take photographs if the weather were bad, so a visit to the venue is a great way to be prepared for all English weathers!
Do I get all the photographs you take?
Every package I offer includes an online album of all the wedding photographs taken on your day. This is password protected and can be accessed by all your guests, with the option to order images online.
I also put all your wedding photographs onto a DVD slideshow, set to beautiful music. These can be watched online or via your television.
I offer the option to purchase a disk of all your high resolution wedding photographs. I then give my clients full copyright on their photographs, so they are able to make reprints as they wish.
If you choose for the Starlight package, the disk of all your high resolution wedding photographs is included in the price
What is the album like that is included in the Starburst & Starlight wedding packages?
The album used in the above packages is a beautiful individually designed 50 page stitched artbook, with a leather cover. These contemporary albums showcase your photographs using stunning layouts and full page images.
There are a variety of other album options available to you which can be added to or substituted for the above artbook.
Are there any other albums I can choose from?
I offer a variety of albums to accommodate a variety of taste! These albums are all available at an additional cost to the wedding packages. Alongside the individually designed artbook that comes included in in the Starburst and Starlight packages, I offer three other styles of album;
Classic Album
This 13x10' 50 page album comes beautifully boxed with cream pages and parchment interlef between each individual page. The cover is a close textured cloth and comes in a variety of colours. All photographs are printed in a variety of sizes on the highest quality paper.
Contemporary Album
These 12x12' albums come beautifully boxed with a leather cover in a variety of colours. These albums allow a creative layout with a mixture of full page and multiple image layouts.
Matt Album
These 12x12' 30 page albums come beautifully boxed with a leather cover in a variety of colours. The page layouts allow for different sized photographs to be framed within black or white pages.
How long will my album take to arrive after the wedding?
I always try to get each wedding album completed within three - four weeks of the wedding day.
How much deposit do you require if we wanted to make a booking?
I ask for a £250 deposit to secure the date for your wedding. After your booking has been confirmed, I then arrange a date nearer the wedding day to meet at the venue and discuss your wedding photographs in more detail.
When is the final balance due?
I ask for final balance payments to be made 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.
